Krispin’s is looking for a full time Sales Designer. The essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Ability to analyze customer needs, develop product strategies to meet their needs, present solutions and process the sale.
- Create sales by keeping active customer files and initiating contact with customers.
- Enthusiastically participating in sales training, meetings, contests, etc.
- Setting goals and maintaining agreed on sales levels.
- Maintaining showroom by completing decorating tasks assigned. Taking an active role in overall appearance of showroom.
- Presenting yourself in a positive, professional, ethical manner.
Required Skills include:
- Computer skills (Cad, Word, Excel)
- Ability to price selections, write up orders
- Ability to work effectively with customers
- Sales skills
- Design, decorating, floor plan abilities
- Ability to collect information and make correct conclusions
Education Requirements
- 1-2 years of Sales experience
- Associate or Bachelor degree in a Design related field
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience
