  • Second Time Around!

This was Krispin’s second time around furnishing this eccentric great room.  My client had recently inherited some antique heirlooms and wanted to showcase them in a more eclectic setting.  The tuxedo back sofa shown in a warm gold, chenille material with elegantly scattered red and gold decorative back pillows set the tone and are complimented by a pair of slipper chairs and a sophisticaled table collection.  (design by Stephanie Etter)

  • Fitting for a Lifestyle

As you can see, this setting is fitting for a lifestyle condusive to reading the newspaper or sipping their coffee in the mornings.  The use of brighter colors will also brighten their morning and help energize them as they start their day. (design by AElainia Stryker)

  • A Total Makeover

This room was originally used for a storage space but with the addition of a dining set and a seating arrangement, this Lower Level space is now set up to be a gathering room set for 8 to 10 people.  (design by Stephanie Etter)

  • More than just Architectural Interest

My client had a challenge with a large wall in their Great Room that was created for architectural interest but essentially became an unusable space that set off on it’s own.  They preferred a more modern setting that would be bold with contrasting colors but simplistic in it’s design.  We pulled the bright lime green color from their Kitchen, and found a black, white and lime green printed accent chair.  The modern Etagere display case was selected to compliment the chair design and with the addition of a few colorful accessories, this space now offered more than just “Architectural Interest”.  (design by Stephanie Etter)

  • In Loving Memory

In loving memory of one of my beloved clients, I want to post this as a reminder of how precious life is.  My client was an ambitious woman and she knew what she wanted.  I remember how much she loved this sectional and artwork and within days, it was in her home.  Her interests were theater and music and the art is a collaged piece and had scripts of music that drew her in right away.  For several years we worked to enhance different areas of her home and I will always remember her excitement once we achieved the design we envisioned.  (designed by Erica Robinson)

  • Hidden Treasures

Comfort or design… hmmm … can you have both??  Well, as you can see, you can!  This dark espresso leather sectional has more hidden treasures than you can count on one hand!  It’s not only sleek but with the flip up headrest, built-in chaise and angled armrests, you can’t get anny more comfortable!   And the 36″ round ottoman gives you a footrest that can be moved to any part of the sofa for additional comfort.  (designed by Erica Robinson)

  • A Perfectly Scaled and Fully Functional Living Space

The blend of the butterscotch, chocolate and rusty red colors “Spice” things up in this families everyday living area.  Scale and function were are two biggest challenges with this room.  However, everything fell into place once we found the perfectly scaled art and the high back chairs to visually fill the height of this 20 foot space.  The leather sectional was designed with lounge areas for the family to relax while they enjoy their moments together.  (design by Erica Robinson)

  • Designed for Comfort

My customer needed a space that would be comfortable enough to draw her family together in the evenings.  With this electric reclining sectional and pair of reclining chairs, there is no doubt they will have enough seats for their family to kick back and relax with room to spare.  (design by Erica Robinson)

  • Tranquility

With the contemporary architecture of the home and the collection of Asian accents, the calm, earthy palette of the cognac leather and slate gray wall created a serene setting for this Great Room.  (designed by Stephanie Etter)

  • A Warm Escape

This customer came in knowing the colors and flow they wanted for their home but wasn’t sure how to make it happen.  We found a wonderful a-symmetrical sectional that matched their wall color perfectly.  We then added a contemporary chair with complementary colors and a rug to pull it all together.  What a warm and inviting home it became with the right accessories in this room as well as the adjoining dining room, nook and an art gallery hall. (designed by AElainia Stryker)

  • As beautiful as before…

This is a customer that I have had the pleasure of working with for several years and after furnishing their patio home they decided they needed more space for entertaining and upgraded to a larger home.  This furniture had been carefully selected to fit into their previous home and we were concerned as to whether it would look as beautiful in their new home.  Well, in the end, as you can see, it turned out beautifully!  (designed by Erica Robinson)

  • Empty Nester

This customer downsized from a larger home to a smaller patio home but didn’t want to loose the formal look her previous home offered.  Her current sofa and chairs set the neutral color palette and then we added her favorite color of plum as an accent.  The stone dining table and buffet with upholstered chairs gave her the comfort she was hoping for yet kept the formal setting she so desired.  (designed by AElainia Stryker)

  • Warm neutrals and a splash of Black

When I met with this client, this home had a huge open floor plan that was furnished very sparsely and had even fewer accessories.  I turned the the final floor plan into a semi-formal area with the use of warm neutrals and added a splash of black to add interest.  It is a perfect space for both entertaining  as well as a quiet movie night at home.  (designed by Stephanie Etter)

  • Show your True Color

If you take a room and throw a little red in it… or in this case, a lot of red, there is nothing to say but WOW!  The space is one large Great Room and has two wings that offer additional seating while the other a pool table for entertaining.  The homeowner loves color and there is no better color than red that stimulates energy and excitement.  (designed by Stephanie Etter)

  • Cozy by the Fireplace

Sometimes you just want to curl up next to the fireplace and read a good book.  This long, narrow space was ideal for creating a cozy library during the day with the  oversized chairs and ottoman in front of the fireplace and the stair stepped bookcases on the other side of the room.   And with the use of the natural travertine octagon table and castored chair set, it can also double as a game table for some late night fun.  (designed by AElainia Stryker)
