I am proud to be part of the Krispin’s family for 19 years now. It has been interesting watching how the trends in both style and color have changed, just like the clothing industry.
Likewise to see the person I have become. I owe so much of who I am to my time here at Krispin’s. The friendships I have made with my co-workers both present and who have moved on are lifelong friendships. The atmosphere here breeds talented, outgoing and honest people who are nothing short of wonderful.

In my time here, my Krispin’s family has seen me through major stages of my life and has always been supportive. I have had two beautiful girls that say they will one day work here—how cute is that? I have been re-married to a wonderful man for a year and a half. With him came my third daughter.

When I am not putting time in at work, I am picking up after the girls, working out at the YMCA or volunteering at the girls schools. I love having the role of mom!
I also love being a sales designer for Krispin’s. Whether I have a blank slate or am just adding to what my client already owns. I love the challenge and opportunity to create. I have to admit that my favorite way of designing is to find the perfect fabric and then the frame. I love color and patterns. I feel as if every room should have a little bit of both. I love to work in my client’s favorite color into a space. My ultimate goal is to make it a relaxing environment which they will enjoy spending time in. There is nothing more gratifying than a customer telling me they couldn’t have imagined their home more beautiful!

Aelainia is a multiple recipient of Krispin’s “Di’ Zian Award” for outstanding performance in design and customer focused service. She has been a designer with Krispin’s since 1995.
