The silk plant has been around for years upon years. And just as many other trends come and go people tend to believe the greenery phase has passed. However, it is all in how you use these replicas of nature’s beauty? Placing a gorgeous floral as a centerpiece can not only add interest and life to a space, but also insert a “pop” of color. Whether you are pulling color from an art piece or from an ajoining room, your floral can be the connecting piece to your design puzzle. Even placing a nice ficus as the backdrop to a torchiere or an arc lamp can really soften the visual appearance of an area–as well as fill in empty space. And did I mention they don’t need water?! In my opinion, I would definately call them friends!
